My name is Jefferson Adams. Originally from Maine, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Maine before attending medical school at the Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pikeville, where I graduated in 2023. I recently finished my family medicine residency in Altoona, Pennsylvania, in 2026. I am thrilled to join the team for my ‘plus one’ year in ONMM, where I look forward to further refining my osteopathic manipulative skills. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, our two-year-old son, and our three cats. On weekends, we love exploring local libraries and museums.
