Dr. Ericksen attended medical school at Des Moines University in Iowa. While attending DMU, he engaged in teaching his fellow students as an anatomy and OMM teaching assistant. Alongside his medical education, he made time to utilize his Bachelor’s Degree in Music by directing the student choir, leading the school’s cover band, and serving in his local congregation as an organist and pianist. Dr. Ericksen’s clinical interests are neurology-leaning: migraine care, neurorehabilitation, functional disorders, and chronic pain management. He is committed to integrating personalized and evidence-supported care to his patients and incorporates hands-on, preventive, and patient-centered osteopathic approaches.
Dr. Ericksen is married to his greatest support and best friend. He is the father of two wonderful girls and a goldendoodle puppy. He grew up in Oregon and loves rock climbing, hiking, and backpacking. He enjoys playing tabletop role-playing games with his family and he continues to integrate music into his life wherever possible.
